mixed feelings on this stay
clogged drain unmarked entrance
The shower drain was completely clogged. Water pooled around my ankles with every shower. the entrance was oddly unmarked. the staff weren't always easy to locate when needed. It seemed like i was constantly searching for someone.

blocked shower drain unclear entrance
The shower drain was completely blocked! it was impossible to take a proper shower without the water overflowing, really annoying! also, i found the hotel entrance hard to spot. There wasn't a clear sign and i walked past it twice. the staff weren't always easy to find either. Sometimes the reception area seemed deserted. it was frustrating.

Riverfront Bliss
smooth process airport transport riverfront location
The check-in process was smooth. The staff arranged my transport from the airport. The hotel sits directly on the riverfront! I also enjoyed walking along the waterfront just outside the hotel entrance.
I did notice the entrance to the hotel needed better signage. It was not easy to find at first.

Breakfast is served in a charming room! It offers a variety of options. The common spaces provide amazing views of the river! This creates a relaxing atmosphere .

My room included a very comfortable bed, I slept well. The room had a fantastic view of the river, which I enjoyed each morning! The heated bathroom floor was a welcome feature.

The hotel's location is central and convenient. Many places are easily accessible. I found several restaurants within a short walking distance along the riverside. This made dining options very convenient.
